📋 Description

• Use data and strategy to achieve the company shrinkage goal in your assigned store(s).
• Partner with the store team to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a variety of emergencies.
• Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, operational, and other loss-related
• Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor store activities and identify suspicious behaviors
• Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence to support investigations.
• Involvement in daily operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong desire and ability to learn new skills and best practices on an ongoing basis.
• Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations, preferably in a retail
• Ability to travel to sanctuaries within market as required.
• Flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business where schedules will include evenings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
