📋 Description

• Lead asset protection and loss prevention in assigned stores.
• Use data analysis and RFID data to reduce shrinkage.
• Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and loss-related activities.
• Monitor store activities with CCTV and surveillance tools.
• Collaborate with management to enforce loss prevention policies.
• Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations in retail
• Proficient with surveillance systems and investigative tools; strong analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Office, asset protection apps, RFID, and Shopify
• Ability to travel within market; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently and adapt to change
