📋 Description

• Manages a portfolio of loans in default and applies loss mitigation.
• Reviews documents and answers foreclosure questions from borrowers.
• Analyzes workout options for delinquent loans and proposes best investor option.
• Negotiates loss mitigation with investors.
• Guides borrowers through retention or liquidation processes.
• Ensures updates and decisions are tracked in systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to guide customers and investors through retention or liquidation.
• Knowledge of the loss mitigation process.
• Self-starter who can independently manage a pipeline.
