Assistant Accountant | Finance

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day accounting activities across designated international jurisdictions
• Process supplier invoices, employee expenses and other accounting transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Apply payments to relevant invoices and maintain clear and up-to-date accounting information
• Prepare and post payment and periodic journal entries
• Perform supplier statement and balance sheet reconciliations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or equivalent
• Experience or practical exposure in finance/accounting
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Ability to prepare accounting information, reconciliations and financial summaries
• Interest in tax and VAT processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
