Assistant Administrator - Fund Administration

📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day administration of investment funds and related structures, working closely
• Assist with the calculation and processing of fees, expenses and invoices, ensuring activities are
• Coordinate cash transfers, investment settlements and distribution payments while helping to ensure
• Contribute to the monitoring of cash positions and liquidity requirements, supporting effective
• Work alongside the Corporate Secretarial team to coordinate board meetings, prepare meeting
• Assist with regulatory, statutory and investor reporting activities, helping to ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent; graduates and candidates with transferable skills and a
• Good IT proficiency, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications and an ability to
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships
• A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach, with the ability to use initiative while
• Genuine interest in investment funds, business and financial services, together with a willingness
