📋 Description

• Execute bakery operations: inventory rotation, scheduling, staffing, admin checklists.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience standards.
• Support ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Assist in schedule creation and labor execution to meet targets.
• Lead talent and team development: recruit, onboard, train, coach.
• In BOM's absence, manage bakery operations with urgency and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
