Partner with your BOM to lead day-to-day bakery operations and deliver an exceptional guest
Lead the bakery independently when the BOM is away
Coach, motivate, and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew members
Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training
Help create schedules and manage labor
Support ordering, inventory management, product rotation, and shrink control

🎯 Requirements

1+ year of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or another customer-focused
Experience coaching, motivating, and developing hourly team members
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump into any bakery role when needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational priorities
