Assistant Bakery Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with your BOM to lead day-to-day bakery operations and deliver an exceptional guest
• Lead the bakery independently when the BOM is away, keeping the team focused and operations running
• Coach, motivate, and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew members through real-time feedback
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training to build a strong, fully staffed team.
• Help create schedules and manage labor to meet the needs of the bakery and the business.
• Support ordering, inventory management, product rotation, and shrink control.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or another customer-focused
• Experience coaching, motivating, and developing hourly team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump into any bakery role when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
