Assistant Branch Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee branch operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure total quality member experience through coaching and training.
• Perform branch duties across Member Service levels and ATM support.
• Assist other branches and departments in-person or remotely.
• Lead/collaborate on corporate and departmental projects.
• Residence within commuting distance to MD/DC/VA; hours as noted.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two years of branch management experience.
• Associate degree preferred; related experience required.
• Reside within commuting distance to MD/DC/VA.
• Availability to work Mon-Fri 7:30AM-6:30PM and Sat 8:30AM-1:30PM.
• Knowledge of Credit Union policies and BSA/regulatory compliance.
