Assistant Branch Manager (Bryden Branch)

📋 Description

• Oversee daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments)
• Lead sales, operations, and client service; coach teller team
• Ensure tasks completed accurately and on time; follow policies
• Engage clients with Banner Way; discuss financial needs
• Present tailored recommendations; refer clients to partners
• Act as Branch Manager in the absence of the Branch Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 6+ years of retail banking experience (Required)
• Supervisory/management experience leading a project, process, or team (Required)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
• Knowledge of retail banking products, policies, procedures, and systems
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills
