Assistant Branch Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments)
• Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching teller staff
• Ensure operations tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Enforce policies to minimize risk and support audit results
• Engage clients with proactive financial conversations using Banner Way
• Present tailored recommendations and refer clients to partners when needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 6+ years of retail banking experience (Required)
• Supervisory/management experience leading a project, process, or team (Required)
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
