Assistant Branch Manager I

📋 Description

• Oversee daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching teller team.
• Follow and reinforce policies to minimize risk and audits.
• Engage clients using Banner Way; present tailored recommendations.
• Refer clients to other partners when additional expertise is needed.
• Act as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience leading a project, process, or team required.
• NMLS registration preferred.
• Knowledge of retail products, policies, procedures, and systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
