📋 Description

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs to drive brand growth in
  • Lead insight-driven execution across social, media, retail, influencer, PR and sampling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies for integrated, on-brand delivery
  • Translate data into recommendations guiding strategy, media investment and commercial planning
  • Contribute to P&L management, budget tracking and financial planning
  • Support launch inputs with BD teams to bring innovations to life

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years in CPG or marketing; beauty brands/categories preferred
  • Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Canva a plus
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Circana, You Scan, Scintilla, Numerator, and retailer
  • Creative, collaborative, and able to work independently
