🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.
• CO SHINES Level 1 or actively pursuing this credential.
• Prior childcare experience or willingness to start in childcare.
• Monday–Friday schedule; no nights or weekends.
• Meet state and ELA guidelines including immunizations and health/safety training.
• Driver's license required if driving is a job prerequisite.
