Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead RN/LVN/MA staff with role clarity and top-of-license training.
• Oversee clinic operations; address chronic and acute participant needs.
• Liaise with Complex Care team for smooth post-discharge transitions.
• Develop workforce plans; ensure appropriate staffing for diverse staff.
• Participate in direct participant care within RN scope.
• Manage direct reports: hiring, training, supervising, mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing school; unencumbered RN license; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing with frail/elderly population.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience; mentoring preferred.
• Minimum 1 year case management or care coordination preferred.
• Data-driven leadership; use reports to prioritize people/projects.
• Willing to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, overtime.
