Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager II

📋 Description

• Organize and direct the day-to-day RN Case Manager program.
• Oversee clinic staff and clinic flow to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate care with IDT for smooth transitions.
• Develop workforce plans and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Intercede with participants and families to resolve care concerns.
• Manage direct reports across multiple sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN license.
• BSN degree preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum two years in case management or care coordination.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience using data to prioritize people and projects.
