📋 Description

• Support Clinical Project Managers in planning, startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout of
• Prepare and maintain project docs, reports, presentations, and study materials.
• Review client communications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Participate in meetings and cross-functional discussions to support study delivery.
• Review study protocols and ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete deliverables on time.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, or related field.
• Understanding of clinical research processes, drug development, and trial operations preferred.
• Experience supporting medical imaging, healthcare, or clinical technology programs is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong communication in English.
