• Be the heartbeat of our community; plan events and engage residents.
• Support the Community Manager and residents; coordinate move-ins.
• Ensure rent collection and financial integrity.
• Address resident concerns with empathy; escalate when needed.
• Manage work orders and guarantee maintenance within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with sales and maintenance to welcome new residents.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year property management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
