Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Manage AP, AR, and daily/weekly accounting ops incl wires
• Oversee month-end close with QuickBooks Pilot; offshore team
• Own revenue recognition; ensure ASC 606 and US GAAP
• Lead annual audit; develop accounting policies and controls
• Ensure cash, payroll, stock comp, intercompany, cap markets
• Lead ERP implementation (Netsuite) as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years accounting experience; CPA certification required
• 2+ years managing end-to-end month-end and financial reporting
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Netsuite, Bill.com, Expensify
• Strong work ethic; fintech/financial services experience a plus
