Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Lead the month-end close for timely, accurate reporting.
• AI-first accounting: automate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage GAAP and technical accounting (ASC 718, 842, 350-40, 805).
• Lead monthly consolidation across multiple entities.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including cash flow.
• Design ERP strategy to optimize financial platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA required.
• 10+ years accounting/financial mgmt; 5+ years leadership.
• Big 4 or large regional public accounting exp.
• GAAP/technical accounting: ASC 718, 842, 350-40, 805.
• ERP systems: NetSuite or equivalent; advanced Excel modeling.
• Experience implementing automation tools or AI agents.
