📋 Description

• Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process and serve as one of the primary liaisons with
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, elevating close ownership across staff and senior
• Evaluate, develop, and strengthen department controls, systems, and procedures in support of a
• Own technical accounting research and documentation, resolving complex business and technical
• Partner with the Controller on financial reporting, audit readiness, and accounting policy across
• Implement technology and process improvements to support new business initiatives and a faster

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced degree or CPA certification
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a public accounting firm
• Proficiency in researching technical accounting matters and preparing memorandums
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, including software development and ASC 606
