  • Month-End Close: close activities, accruals, prepaids, intercompany eliminations.
  • Multinational Compliance: Swiss AHV/BVG, Mexico SAT/CFDI, intercompany loans.
  • Systems & Automation: standardize financial systems, revenue recognition, billing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience as Assistant Controller/Senior Accountant in tech/SaaS.
  • Strong GL, month-end close, and financial reporting under US GAAP/IFRS.
  • Advanced SQL, PowerQuery, and Python for data manipulation.
  • Excellent collaboration; able to present data to non-finance stakeholders.
  • CPA/CMA or progress toward certification (nice-to-have).
