📋 Description

• Own month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting
• Lead rollout of AI-native close management tool
• Drive PCAOB audit-readiness initiative
• Integrate M&A activity into close management & procure-to-pay
• Build and develop the accounting team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in high-growth, complex envs
• 3+ years as a people leader
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• CPA or equivalent; strong US GAAP knowledge
• NetSuite experience; close, GL, procurement support
• Excellent communication; cross-functional influence
