🎯 Requirements

7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership
Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills
Direct experience owning month-end close and audits
Proficiency with financial systems (Netsuite preferred)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments with process improvements
