Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Manage internal corporate accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle AP, AR, and payroll processing.
• Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and internal expense tracking.
• Lead monthly close and rigorous balance sheet reconciliations for client portfolios.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and models to support corporate and client goals.
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements and deliver them to client leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years as Assistant Controller, Controller, or Sr. Accountant.
• Multi-client/consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
• QuickBooks proficiency (required) with Xero/NetSuite/Sage experience.
• GAAP and IFRS knowledge; full accounting cycle experience.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
