Assistant Controller (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Drive automation across accounting processes; enhance NetSuite to speed close.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, Payroll, and Tax with strong internal controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journals and reconciliations.
• Maintain SOX controls, US GAAP, SEC/PCAOB compliance.
• Prepare audit-ready schedules; partner with auditors.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting ops team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in public-company accounting and audit (Big 4 preferred).
• 5+ years leading accounting teams; scalable operations.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA required.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, PCAOB and SOX.
• Hands-on ERP experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, and automation mindset.
