Own technical accounting research and memo drafting across ASC 470, 606, 842, SBC.
Lead end-to-end global audit management across all entities.
Design and implement internal controls and drive SOX readiness.
Oversee GAAP-compliant month-end close; identify gaps.
Manage multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
Map data flows from warehouse to NetSuite and automate the close.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of progressive accounting experience with director level readiness
Active CPA designation
Public company experience
Hands-on technical accounting memo drafting across complex topics
SOX and internal controls design experience
SQL or data querying skills (or willingness to learn)
