Support the development and maintenance of item- and category-level forecasts using historical
Support a category portfolio with guidance and oversight from senior planners
Monitor and drive key performance indicator (KPI) success across forecast accuracy, inventory
Assist with maintaining the Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans for assigned categories and proactively
Support the execution of promotional and markdown strategies
Support product lifecycle planning, including end-of-life (EOL) strategies and new product

🎯 Requirements

0-2 years of retail planning, buying or equivalent analytical experience (furniture industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising required
Intermediate knowledge of Excel with aptitude to learn new systems quickly
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned work projects
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
