• End to shipment handling
• Enter data into CW1 Transport Management System and ensure document accuracy
• Act as the face toward customers
• Communicate shipment status and next steps
• Collect and share documents with stakeholders
• Keep customers informed of changes
• Consult and support clients in queries
• Collaborate with internal departments to solve client issues
• Handle customer claims per procedures
• Set CAPA actions and communicate CIP
• Manage conflicts professionally with customers
• Prepare and perform daily freight forwarding tasks
• Organise shipments from pickup to delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and directives
• Ensure data accuracy in the system
• Issue, monitor, and collect transport documents
• Receive and register supplier invoices
• Collect and maintain required documents in systems
• Issue invoices to clients per invoicing rules
• Conduct retention calls to existing clients regularly
