📋 Description

• Serve as a success navigator for an assigned cohort of students, providing consistent outreach
• Monitor student progress using success-tracking systems and related platforms, identifying early
• Meet regularly with students to develop, implement, and review individualized academic and success
• Collaborate with faculty, organization advisors, support staff, families, and other members of
• Co-facilitate school-based enrollment, engagement, orientation, open house, convocation, advising
• Develop and facilitate student-facing programming focused on holistic development, belonging

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or recognized foreign equivalent, plus at
• Direct experience working with diverse student populations, including individuals who are
• Familiarity with advising, success coaching, student navigation, and/or case management practices
• Experience with program or curricular design and program evaluation is an advantage.

• Annual salary range of $53,240–$66,550, commensurate with credentials and relevant experience.
