Assistant Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for U.S. and Canada.
• Review/post journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany activity.
• Prepare consolidated and standalone US GAAP financials with footnotes.
• Design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation of accounting workflows.
• Lead and develop the U.S. Accounting team; partner with Treasury, Compliance, Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA designation.
• 5–9 years of accounting experience (public + industry).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting issues.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
