Assist with conception, planning, development, and execution of in-game show elements.
Coordinate in-game elements from pre-game to post-game as Stage Manager.
Collaborate with hosts and personalities for promotions and recognition.
Support entertainment teams in collaboration with Game Presentation staff.
Facilitate components of the in-game show and daily department tasks.

🎯 Requirements

Solid understanding of Capitals brand and hockey rules.
Preferred experience in sports or entertainment industry.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; adaptable.
Professional demeanor, self-starter, and motivated.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills; excellent communication and creativity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay Range: $18.40 - $25 USD/hour
