📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Advise teams on contract risk and commercial strategy.
• Lead employment matters, policies, and investigations.
• Manage internal investigations and reporting processes.
• Support compliance programs: anti-corruption, trade controls, privacy.
• Advise on global distribution, supply chain, and cross-border issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• In-house experience plus employment and compliance focus.
• Experience with international ops and managing outside counsel.
