📋 Description

• Proactively identify, assess, and address legal and compliance risks across Product, Marketing
• Anticipate legal and regulatory issues and provide practical guidance before risks become business
• Identify gaps in existing policies, procedures, and processes and lead initiatives to strengthen
• Develop and implement processes designed to meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Draft policies, standard operating procedures, and related materials, while overseeing
• Draft, review, negotiate, interpret, and manage strategic and high-value commercial agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, ideally with
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle unfamiliar legal issues and drive complex projects to
• Strong commercial legal experience advising business leaders on strategy, product promotion, sales
• Experience developing compliance processes, drafting and implementing policies and procedures, and
