Assistant General Counsel, Commercial and GTM Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the commercial legal team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate GTM/partnership agreements; manage due diligence.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering; advise on risk.
• Build scalable AI-assisted legal workflows and CLM infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and CLM playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years legal experience in SaaS/fintech/cybersecurity/crypto.
• Experience negotiating complex B2B tech agreements; product counsel.
• AI, data, and privacy literacy; ability to adapt to new regimes.
• Public sector procurement or financial institutions experience is a plus.
• Builder mindset; CLM, Salesforce, and generative AI tools.
• JD and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
