📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of commercial legal matters and strategic initiatives, managing
• Negotiate complex and high-value agreements with customers, channel partners, strategic partners
• Lead senior-level commercial and legal discussions and represent the Legal function in
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across commercial transactions, privacy
• Apply established legal playbooks while exercising sound judgment to determine when appropriate
• Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Product, Privacy, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of combined experience at a law firm and in-house with a global organization, focused on
• Strong experience with SaaS agreements, technology licensing, strategic transactions, and channel
• Significant commercial SaaS experience is highly desirable.
• Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.
• J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
