📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of US labor and employment law, including
• Advise on accommodation requests, leave administration, wage and hour compliance, workplace
• Draft, review, negotiate, and support the implementation of a broad range of legal documents
• Maintain and improve templates, employment policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to support
• Develop, implement, and manage compliance and risk management strategies, including policies
• Manage external US labor and employment counsel and collaborate with international colleagues and

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the United States, in good standing.
• At least 5 years of legal practice experience within an established law firm, corporation, or
• Demonstrated expertise in US labor and employment law, including strong knowledge of federal
