📋 Description

• Own the Company's litigation portfolio, with responsibility for the strategy, oversight, and

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience, including experience at a nationally recognized law firm
• Experience as the lead or managing attorney on complex litigation. Strong command of litigation
• Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with practical business considerations and deliver
• Ability to translate complicated legal issues into concise, practical advice for senior executives
• Experience in building and improving legal processes, playbooks, and operational infrastructure to
