📋 Description

• Lead compliance analysis and policy development under Reg X (RESPA), Reg Z (TILA), FDCPA, UDAAP
• Draft, review, and maintain loss mitigation policies, collections strategies, and servicing
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks and advise on structuring for current and
