📋 Description

• Directly manage a team of 1-3 Member Experience Managers
• Manage membership contract renewals
• Build culture of excellence and hospitality, develop future leaders
• Serve as the face of the business in sales, negotiations, local PR
• Assist General Manager in launching new locations
• Collaborate with General Manager, marketing, sales, and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multi-site operations management in hospitality, F&B, retail, coworking or
• Strong P&L and financial management skills
• Proven people management and coaching skills in multi-site environment
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional customer experiences
• Experience driving local marketing and sales initiatives
• Excellent communication skills; handle difficult conversations
