📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Channel Partner network to hit sales targets.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture CPs; act as SPOC for CP issues.
• Leverage CP network and client base to drive growth with CPs.
• Conduct CP engagement meetings and empanelment sessions.
• Organize CP events, branding, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategic sales plans to expand customer base and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Age: Max up to 35 years.
• Bachelor's degree in business admin/Marketing or related.
• Real estate industry experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of real estate ecosystem and market trends.
• Willingness to travel; self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Technical proficiency: MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, reporting.
