• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift in the restaurant.
• Controls include cost, inventory, cash, customer relations, and food preparation.
• Set the example and adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage all products (pork, beef, chicken, mushrooms) and open/close the restaurant.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet quality
• Ability to physically lift up to 50lbs.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, punctuality
