Assist the General Manager in coordinating and take ownership for tasks and assignments given to
Manage day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer
Develop managers by setting the example and mentoring your team
Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same
Provide daily encouragement to current team members and recruit new people
Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, time management

🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks
Ability to operate all equipment
Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
Ability to prepare product correctly at an advanced pace
Ability to receive and process telephone orders
Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
