• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and take ownership for tasks and assignments given to
• Handle day to day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer
• Assist in developing more managers by setting the example and mentoring your team
• Adhere to policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew
• Actively encourage current team members and recruit great new people
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, professional appearance, promote

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks
• Ability to operate all equipment
• Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Ability to prepare product correctly at an advanced pace
• Ability to receive and process telephone orders
• Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
