📋 Description

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shift
• Supervise and support crew, set the example by following all policies and procedures
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, marketing, store cleanliness, and profitability
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over phone and in person

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for most tasks, and perform physical requirements
