• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shift
• Set example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management
• Work to a schedule, maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
• Provide great customer service, manage attendance and punctuality
• Ensure transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability

• Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Ability to prepare product
• Ability to receive and process telephone orders
• Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Ability to clean equipment and facility approximately daily
