📋 Description

• Lead shifts to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members
• Support scheduling and labor management
• Maintain store safety and food safety standards
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns
• Operate store equipment including ovens and food prep tools

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (21 to drive)
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to perform essential job functions
• Food Safety Certification as required
