• Lead shifts in a high-volume store to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards as a role model.
• Train and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and attendance.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+, 21+ to drive where required.
• Completed RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential duties with/without accommodations.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
