📋 Description

• The Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and
• Supports store goals and leads Team Members on shift; trains, coaches, and develops team members.
• Manages scheduling, labor, attendance, and punctuality; ensures store safety, food safety, and
• Resolves customer and team member concerns; operates ovens and food prep tools; manages time and
• Maintains a positive, engaging environment for customers and team members; supports inventory
• Works with General Manager to achieve store performance goals; schedules include nights, weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive; successful RPM/ Domino’s training completion.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations; Food Safety
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds (occasional 50); operate kitchen
• Delivery role may require driving within designated area.
