Oversee daily store operations in absence of General Manager
Ensure welcoming environment, responsive and service-oriented team
Maintain brand standards for food prep and portioning
Assist with opening/closing and prep tasks
Hands-on during food prep, customer service, and deliveries coordination
Support sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation through staff training
